Le Conseil d’administration est responsable de la nomination du Comité Exécutif ainsi que de l’application des résolutions de l’Assemblée générale. Le Conseil nomme également le Directeur Général, le Chef du Secrétariat et établit les bureaux et sections régionaux pour la mise en œuvre des objectifs de la FRI.
