IRF Africa Board

In alignment with its mission to promote sustainable road development and accessibility for all, the IRF has organised numerous activities in Africa over the past seven decades. In response to the increasing needs and support requests from African stakeholders, the IRF has decided to enhance its efforts by establishing its IRF Africa Board. This initiative aims to customise, localise, and coordinate programmes in Africa while strengthening collaboration with local partners to effectively implement these initiatives.

How it operates

The IRF Africa Board convenes quarterly and operates at a strategic level, primarily serving in an advisory capacity. Its key responsibilities include:

Facilitating coordination and the development of partnerships across Africa to implement these activities.
